Jonathan S. Bodner joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin in September 2007 upon the completion of a judicial clerkship for the Hon. Donald J. Volkert, Jr., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Since joining the firm, Mr. Bodner has represented debtors, creditors, and Trustees in bankruptcy proceedings and has worked on varied matters including complex liquidation proceedings and substantial reorganizations. Before coming to Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin, Jonathan also worked in a thriving debtor boutique practice in Syracuse, New York, concentrating on consumer bankruptcy issues. Prior to his clerkship, Jonathan interned for the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County, Chancery Division - General Equity Part, where he gained valuable experience in mortgage and foreclosure litigation, consumer fraud claims and contract litigation.
