In over seventeen years of practice, Michael Connolly has developed
expertise in many facets of bankruptcy law and commercial litigation.
He has successfully represented a variety of parties, including secured
lenders, unsecured creditors, debtors, preferential transfer defendants
and trustees in a broad range of corporate and individual bankruptcy
cases. Mr. Connolly also has extensive experience in a vast array
of litigation matters in state and federal courts. Since joining the firm,
Mr. Connolly has increased his involvement in the representation
of franchisors in franchisee bankruptcy cases across the country.
Mr. Connolly is a Master in the Bankruptcy Inn of Court and is currently
the Inn’s Program Committee Chair. He has served as an officer of the
Inn since 1998. Mr. Connolly has served as a moderator and panelist on
various seminars involving bankruptcy law issues. He has also published
several articles on bankruptcy topics.
