Robert H. Johnson joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin in March 2008.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Johnson worked at a boutique bankruptcy firm in northern New Jersey. His experience includes representation of individuals, privately held companies and Chapter 7 Trustees in all bankruptcy matters. He has also represented Trade Creditors, Insurance Carriers, Financial Institutions, Credit Issuers and Purchasers of Bankrupt Debt in bankruptcy litigation including the prosecution and defense of non-dischargeability, preference and fraudulent conveyance actions.
Outside of the office, Mr. Johnson volunteers at local high schools to teach about the importance of financial responsibility through the NJ Bankruptcy Law Foundation and NJ Higher Education Student Assistant Authority Joint Financial Literacy Project. In addition, he is a sports enthusiast who enjoys basketball, softball and golfing.
After graduation from Rutgers School of Law-Camden, Mr. Johnson served a one-year clerkship with the Honorable Raymond A. Hayser, The State of New Jersey Tax Court, Newark.
