Andrew J. Karas has recently joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin, LLC after being a partner at a boutique litigation firm for many years. He is widely regarded both in the firm and the legal community as an aggressive and creative litigator. Mr. Karas focuses primarily in the areas of complex commercial and construction litigation, criminal defense, and land use matters.

Mr. Karas graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Thereafter, Mr. Karas attended New York Law School from which he received his law degree in 1987.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Karas served as law clerk to the Honorable Frederick W. Kuechenmeister in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
