Dipesh Patel joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin in February 2009.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Patel has represented Trustees in various bankruptcy proceedings including litigation to avoid and recover fraudulent conveyance and preferential transfers.

Prior to joining Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin, Mr. Patel served as an intern for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, United States Bankruptcy Judge.

While in law school, Mr. Patel was part of Rutgers-Camden Small Business Clinic and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kathryn C. Ferguson. Upon graduation he was the recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institutes Medal of Excellence.
