Matteo Percontino joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin in August 2010.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Percontino has represented secured creditors
and Trustees in various bankruptcy proceedings including litigation
involving motions to lift the automatic stay, and actions to avoid and recover
fraudulent conveyances and preferential transfers.
Prior to joining Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin, Mr. Percontino
served as an intern for the Honorable Novalyn L. Winfield, United States
Bankruptcy Judge.
While in law school, Mr. Percontino served as a Senior Editor for the
New York Law School law review and was a member of the Center
on Business Law and Policy. During the Spring of 2010, Mr. Percontino
completed an externship program with the Financial Industry Regulatory
Authority (FINRA).
