Michelle Rosen Silverman brings a wealth of corporate and bankruptcy restructuring and liquidation experience to the firm, having spent 10 years working on large and complex bankruptcy cases. Ms. Silverman began her career at one of Wall Street’s largest law firms specializing in creditor representation in large chapter 11 cases. From there, she spent nearly
8 years with one of New Jersey’s major law firms focusing on all aspects of chapter 11 and 7 cases. In particular, she developed an expertise in drafting and objecting to plans of reorganization and disclosure statements. She has been involved in cases of all sizes and in many different industries, such as retail, banking, real estate, transportation and metals refining. Today, she is involved in all facets of chapter 7 and chapter 11 cases
and handles a wide range of bankruptcies.
