Representation of Litigants in Commercial
Disputes and in Collection Matters
  • A record of success in complex and challenging litigation.

  • A reputation for efficient case management - saving our clients substantial fees.

  • Clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.

We practice virtually all forms of litigation: complex commercial and business litigation, breach of contract, franchise litigation, frauds and fraudulent transfers, mortgage foreclosures, enforcement of security agreements under the Uniform Commercial Code and other secured transactions, banking litigation including lender liability disputes, collection cases, and probate disputes.

Our attorneys have the skill and experience to take a case from inception to judgment and, if necessary, through the appellate process.

We conduct cases speedily but thoroughly, while keeping our clients informed at all relevant stages of the process.

We recognize that litigation is both expensive and time consuming. Accordingly, we advise our clients of alternatives to litigation.

Sometimes disputes can only be resolved through court intervention. In these instances, we educate our clients on the law and the likely interpretation by a judge or jury, and then proceed to pursue summary judgment, default judgment or, if necessary, trial.

We have an extraordinary success rate in obtaining judgments for our clients. However, a judgment does not always ensure that the judgment holder will be paid. Our attorneys capably utilize post-judgment court procedures to levy assets and collect judgments. We do not give up on our collection efforts until we have exhausted all possible avenues of collection.

Occasionally, decisions of the court may be appealed. Our attorneys are well versed in procedures and rules governing appeals in both state and federal courts. As a result, our attorneys are frequently retained to serve as counsel or co-counsel in post-trial and appellate proceedings.
