Jordan B. DeFlora concentrates his practice in all phases of commercial litigation and real estate. He has litigated a broad range of commercial disputes. His experience encompasses commercial contract defense, suits involving lending transactions, foreclosures, and cases involving the breach of real estate and other contracts. Mr. DeFlora has successfully litigated cases in the United States District Courts of the states of New Jersey and New York and in the state courts of both jurisdictions involving a variety of contract related issues.

Mr. DeFlora also has over three decades of experience representing private commercial lenders on transactional and real estate matters.   He also has experience representing clients both commercial and individual in the purchase and sale of real estate, the leasing of real estate, commercial collections and the purchase and sale of businesses.
