The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey has adopted a mediation program to facilitate the resolution of contested matters and adversary proceedings for debtors, creditors and parties-in-interest.
As a rule, you can assume that if you get involved in litigation in the Bankruptcy Courts in New Jersey that the Court will order a mediation.
The selection of an experienced, competent mediator is important to assist you with a resolution of your dispute.
